Best possible location in a relaxing area, near to the lake with views back to the CBD, both the Italian and Vietnamese restaurants, and Intercontinental Hanoi Westlake. Besides, very convenient to Hanoi Design Center.

Charming reasonably large hotel with a very clean pool and views of the lake. New-fashioned room, extremely comfy beds and friendly staff at the reception desk. Lovely location by downtown and tranquil area.

Place was quiet and scenic- absolutely beautiful view from the balcony. A beautiful sunset bar.
Hotel guests were not attentive enough and forgot to upload my luggage onto the car, leaving me with no clothes during my trip to Halong Bay. Hotel staff should always check and not take forgranted because guests was re-checking in again the following day. However, hotel manager had compensated by upgrading me to a lotus suite and free breakfast.

Nice business hotel, it offers exceptional breakfast and well-appointed and well-maintained rooms. It has stunning, amazing setting, short walk to the main attractions, the center of Hanoi and the Old Quarters and the centre.

Luxury tastefully designed new hotel at a beautiful site on Westlake. Spacious nice rooms. Free use of gym and sauna. Very friendly and professional staff. Nice and extensive breakfast buffet. Excellent value for money (the Metropole Sofitel where we stayed before is comparatively overpriced!).
Location not very centrally, to visit sights in the city you need a taxi (cheap). No free internet (3 packages available at business center!)

Clean rooms and the staff at the front desk were really nice. the place is right in the center, close to the old quarter and the old town. We spent 3 nights here and really enjoyed the Tay Ho district - such a lovely spot! 🌟

The hotel is located next to a beautiful lake and the sceneries are great with excellent service and very efficient and polite employees
Had dinner at the Milan Saigon Restaurant and the food was not good considering that we paid US$ 120 for 2 persons which is really expensive and the quality is really not up to a hotel of that status but the prices are exhorbitant.
